Our company, Movsta, was incubated at CTEF: INNOVEX, a newly established incubation center under the wings of CIPET in Bhubaneswar in 2022.

Within just three months of our incubation, we had the privilege of organizing a significant event in collaboration with SARP:LARPM, the managing body under CIPET overseeing the center.

This letter is addressed in honor of Dr. Smita Mohanty, Director of CIPET, for her invaluable support and vision, which allowed us to seize this opportunity as early movers.

Dear Dr. Smita Madam,

I'm writing this piece of letter to express my gratitude for allowing us the opportunity to be a part of the one day Techno-Entrepreneurship Workshop held yesterday at the premises of CTEF INNOVEX. I’ve written this small piece of letter to thank you.

It has been a practice of mine over the last 4 years to address the people in letters instead of mails who’ve some way or the other enriched our experiences. I hope you Enjoy reading this. :)

Before coming for a meeting for the first time in the context of the workshop on 22nd of February, I was a bit nervous about how to pitch our idea and why would you be interested in someone, whom you’ve hardly met before.

But the moment I signed the register on the ground floor, took the elevator to the 4th Floor, waited outside and entered upon your permission, I had somehow gathered some courage to put forward the proposal.

I need to particularly note your quick decision making skills, where you immediately booked the event date and then the rest of the procedures followed. For that reason I was mentioning to my colleagues, regarding your 1-Min Decision Making Recipes, as each of our meetings so far have been under 5 Mins only.

I might request you to put an extension office of LARPM inside the INNOVEX building, which would be an easier time optimized way for the incubators to come in touch with LARPM whenever necessary for any business activities and get things streamlined.

As the businesses are profit centric, they could actually promote this incubation center and bring more business and goodwills in the coming time.

I shouldn’t forget to thank for trusting us, the guests we had proposed and taking their personal care starting from hospitality, food and all coordination during, before and after the event. Your team has made it big, to be honest.

We met some amazing folks like Alex, Ashish, Bhabatosh, Santos Sir, Haripriya, Nrupa Keshari, Basantiya and Tiwari Sir and needless to mention the two backend pillars: Prabhudutta & Amitabh Sir from Vibes :)

There have been relentless efforts by them, numerous meetings & much more in the last 3 Weeks, which I could sum up as a more engaging experience than my two years stint with the software industry before jumping to this startup journey.

Bdw, my bonus point is to thank Prabhudutta who had introduced us on the Day 1 with you, who had already mentioned about his past great experiences during APM and so on.

He was a college junior of both me and Manas for 3 years & had many past experiences as well. He insisted us to join INNOVEX back in December last year.

On a final note, all those efforts appeared fruitful with those rounds of applause, involvements through multiple questions put together by participants and the smiling faces of the guests.

We’re going back with some good memories & some people we would love to meet again. :)
