Our company, Movsta, is incubated at CTEF: INNOVEX, a newly established incubation center under CIPET in Bhubaneswar since 2022.

Over the past three years, our journey has been filled with diverse experiences, but one constant has been the unwavering support of our incubation manager.

This letter is a tribute to Sri Santosh Rath, Project Assistant at CIPET: SARP-LARPM, for his invaluable guidance throughout our incubation. As he moves on to the next phase of his career, we want to take a moment to acknowledge and appreciate his contributions to our startup journey.

Dear Santosh Sir,

We view your departure from the incubation center as a personal setback for us at Movsta. We still vividly remember that it’s our very first office space since January 1, 2022 and you’ve been a constant presence from then until now with us.

Amidst the tough and unpredictable landscape of the business world, getting along with you has been a source of comfort for us.

You’ve truly supported and assisted us in every way imaginable, allowing us to focus on building the business. We’ve gone through all levels of conflicts in our journey, at the level of executives, business dealing, financial challenges and a long period of No Sales.

In fact, we’ve suffered countless times the burden of delayed payments of the office rents.

But how could we ever forget your role during those times? You consistently stepped in, shielding us from the pressure of deadlines and easing our burdens when we needed it the most. Thank You, Sir!

We clearly remember how you supported us by suggesting to opt for the subsidized incubation, helping to ease our financial burden in a great way possible. We truly appreciate that, Sir!

You introduced us to key people and took us to various meetings to position our products. Thanks to your direct support, we had the opportunity to organize multiple events at Innovex in our early years.

And that’s why, when we recently completed two of our Space Camp projects, you were the first person we visited to share our gratitude and joy, along with the tokens handpicked from Moscow.

You’ve always fought for startups and that’s why, startups are gonna remember you in good terms, even if your tenure reached a halt here. We look forward to hearing about your next endeavor and finding new ways to collaborate.

You’ve surprisingly gone above and beyond in your understanding of the startup ecosystem and those knowledge and contacts will help you shine in the years ahead, no matter whichever professional route you prefer now onwards.

Above all, thank you for bringing Satya Sir to the incubation center, whose insights have given us new perspectives on both our lives and careers.

You have been a pillar of our journey and we truly appreciate everything you’ve done for us. Wishing you great success in the years ahead.
