Infinite Patience & Surrender to Universe

Starting from 2016 as our first year, Me & Manas are now in the 9th year⏳ of our collaboration, marked by countless ups and downs along the way. Company came late in 2021, earlier we had worked on multiple projects. I doubt either of us could have ever imagined we'd come this far.

There are days, when we fight like hell and there are days when time flies by unnoticed being involved at 🔥work. Even though we might have never ending ideological differences, we align well on professional interests.

A scene with two individuals having an intense discussion, standing on opposite sides of a desk, with sharp contrasts of magenta and blue. One side shows fiery energy while the other reflects calmness, symbolizing their ideological differences but shared purpose. RISOGRAPH

Throughout this journey, I've witnessed his transformation from a self-centered individual into someone humble and deeply attuned to the importance of mental health, family life and faith🌱 in God.

Two people, separated by over 250 kilometers, hitting rejections on regular basis, still staying in the game with a hope to bounce back!💪

The following song gives me strength whenever I get through challenges and couldn’t arrive at any decision. Time (समय) actually plays it all, we’re just spectators!

I see these as ambitions, not just any random efforts. Time⏰ has taught the value of maintaining human relationships when the chips are down, valuing people as people regardless of their positions and having a quintillion of patience to live through those uncertainties.

Whenever I get a call with updates, that fuels me to keep going & working without running out of energy!⚡

I want to emphasize again: these are 🌟ambitions, not just random acts. They've recharged the hope that we both lost at different points along this journey and for that, we can only be thankful.

This journey has introduced us to a supportive group of staffs who placed their trust upon us and wholeheartedly contributed to our works. Also, We can’t forget the kind lenders, CIPET authorities and our CA and CS, who recognized our struggles and graciously❤️ gave us more time.

While we've encountered some toxic experiences along the way, we’re gradually moving past them. Like everything in life, this too shall pass!

There were times when I sat alone in that office, filled with self-doubt and shame, questioning why we were going through so much—why we were facing so many challenges. I would ask myself, "What did we do wrong?"🤔

Was it possible to handle crisis differently in the past? Probably yes! But our egos might not have allowed it back then. However, over time, we've grown stronger, learning to stand firm through it all, and that’s enough.

"A dark cloud looms in the background, with traces of toxic energy in jagged lines. In the foreground, two figures walk away, their faces determined, moving toward a bright horizon. The toxic elements fade into muted tones, while the horizon shines in bright Risograph pink and yellow."

Someone outside can only imagine the stress and challenges founders face daily just to keep the customers' trust intact—no easy🏗️ task. We have the patience to listen to anything that aligns with our shared goals.

We've often lost self-confidence when things take a long time and commitments are missed. The ego one develops in a job gets severely challenged and ultimately eradicated when walking this path.

This journey has taught me to appreciate people from all walks of life. Despite the uncertainties, the beauty of it lies in meeting some truly amazing individuals, each influential in their own ways. I could never have imagined this in my previous role.

Check this following podcast, which I found a relatable masterclass on the dark side of being a founder.

By the way, who isn't in trouble? Who isn't in pain? The degree and nature of these challenges vary for everyone, but they exist for all. So, we need to choose our pain wisely!

Now, I easily ignore many situations that might have previously occupied significant mental space. Who cares! Life is short—move on!

On top of that, we have our pending bucket list for an India tour, which we need to prioritize to connect with the real India, the real customers and their emotions.

Life is full of opportunities and moving one moment at time, with full of gratitde to the Universe!🌍🙏
